1. General provisions
This Privacy policy sets out how the personal data of Sellobay platform users is processed. Data is processed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data".
2. What data we collect
First and last name, phone number, email, delivery address, order history, device and browser data, and cookies. We do not store payment card details.
3. Why we collect it
To process and deliver orders, provide customer support, offer personal recommendations, run the loyalty program (Sello Coins), ensure security and prevent fraud, and comply with legal requirements.
4. Legal basis for processing
Data is processed on the basis of user consent, the need to perform a contract, and legal requirements.
5. Who we share it with
Only with delivery providers (courier/logistics) and licensed payment institutions — and only to the extent needed to provide the service. We never sell your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
6. How long we keep data
Personal data is kept for as long as needed to provide the service or for the period required by law. When a user deletes their account, the data is deleted, subject to legal retention requirements.
7. Your rights
You have the right to view, edit or delete your data, or to withdraw your consent to its processing. You can do this in your profile settings (/profile/settings) or by contacting us.
8. Cookies
We use cookies to improve the site, keep your session and personalize content. You can manage or turn them off in your browser settings. Details: the Cookie policy page.
9. Security
All data is protected in transit with TLS encryption. Passwords are stored using the argon2 algorithm. Payment card details are not stored on our servers — they are processed directly by licensed payment systems.
10. Children
The Platform is not intended for people under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
