Seller rules
Mandatory rules for selling on the Platform.
The official text of this document is in Uzbek. This translation is provided for convenience; in case of any discrepancy, the Uzbek version prevails.
1. Product quality
Sellers may only sell original, certified products that match their description on the site. Counterfeit products are prohibited.
2. Accepting orders
An order must be confirmed within 24 hours. Otherwise it is cancelled automatically and the seller's rating drops.
3. Handover time
Sellers must hand the product over to the warehouse or courier service within 48 hours.
4. Communicating with customers
Respectful communication is mandatory. Complaints must be answered within 24 hours.
5. Returns
If a customer returns a product on the spot at handover or within 10 days of delivery (unused, packaging intact), the seller must accept it; a defective product — within the warranty period. If the product was returned damaged, the seller bears the costs.
6. Sanctions
Breaking the rules may lead to a warning, account suspension or a permanent block.
