The official text of this document is in Uzbek. This translation is provided for convenience; in case of any discrepancy, the Uzbek version prevails.
1. General provisions
These Terms of use set out the rules for using the Sellobay marketplace (website and mobile app). By using the Platform you fully agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Account and registration
Some features require registration. Users must provide accurate information and keep their account details (password, OTP) confidential. Users are responsible for all actions taken through their account.
3. Prohibited actions
Using the Platform for illegal purposes, committing fraud in another person's name, attempting to breach system security, sending spam, distributing malware and violating the rights of others are strictly prohibited.
4. Orders and payment
An order can be cancelled after it is placed until it reaches the "Confirmed" status. Payment is made by the listed methods (Click, Payme, bank cards, cash). All prices are shown in Uzbek soum.
5. Delivery and returns
You can inspect the product when it is delivered (in front of the courier or at a pickup point) — if it does not suit you, return it on the spot. Full conditions are in the public offer and on the "Returns and refunds" page.
6. Terms for sellers
Sellers must provide accurate and truthful product information, sell only legal products and fulfil orders on time. The Platform may restrict or block the account of a seller who breaks the rules.
7. Intellectual property
The Platform's logo, design, text and software are the property of the Platform operator or the respective rights holders and may not be copied or used without permission.
8. Sello Coins (loyalty)
Sello Coins bonus points are earned and spent under the rules published on the Platform. Points cannot be exchanged for money and are used only as a discount within the Platform.
9. Limitation of liability
The Platform acts as an intermediary and is not liable for the actions of third parties (sellers, payment systems, delivery services) or for force majeure. The seller is directly responsible for product quality.
10. Dispute resolution
Disputes are first resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes are considered under the applicable legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
11. Changes
The Platform reserves the right to change these terms at any time. A new version takes effect from the moment it is published on the Platform.
