Money comes back
To your card or in cash within 3-5 business days
Return window
For 10 days after delivery you can return the order from Profile → My orders. Stock goes back to the warehouse and your Sello Coins are returned too.
Can be returned
- Clothing — with tags and packaging
- Footwear — unworn, in the original box
- Accessories — undamaged
- Electronics — with box and documents
Cannot be returned
- Perfume — packaging opened
- Cosmetics — opened for testing
- Underwear, socks
- Gift certificates
